Employers have a duty to all employee to ensure a safe working environment, this comprise of providing a clear health and safety policy. It is the duty of employee to follow health and safety policy and procedures provided also work as a team with their colleagues as it is vital to ensure health and safety in work place (Sprenger 2003).
