At SESNHA it is crucial that at all levels there is a good working partnership. It is extremely that the carers work in partnership with the coordinator and Quality monitoring Officer, as they are first point of contact with the service users every day, it is important that they share any knowledge and relevant information they glean, I.E. pressure sore concerns, wellbeing concerns, refusals of food, fluid or medicines. The coordinator then needs to share this information with the quality monitoring officer, so the relevant professional others can be informed and a plan of action can be made, in the service users best interest.
If colleagues have a good working partnership, it creates a positive environment. It is important to build positive relationships, as when it comes to sharing information, everyone knows what each other is doing. Colleagues support each other, they enjoy their jobs better, with less stress and things run smoothly.
